ECommerce Marketing Manager, SGMY

Shark Ninja is expanding our APAC business and scaling it rapidly. Our two brands, Shark, and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline on both brands. Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which Singapore and Malaysia plays a critical role.


As we continue to grow, we are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager, SGMY to join our team. This role will be based in either Singapore or Malaysia.


Position Overview:

Reporting to the eCommerce Director, SGMY, the eCommerce Marketing Manager, SGMY will drive both strategy and execution with the finesse of cascading brand campaigns into fit-for-purpose, scalable eCommerce shopper marketing campaigns to achieve ambitious sales growth targets while translating the on-brand strategy across dot.com; marketplaces, and e-retailers with strong cross-functional collaboration, innovation and hands-on operational fundamentals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement thematic, seasonal, launch and email marketing plans (e.g. New Product Launches, Super Brand Day, Category campaigns) aligned with the brand and corporate strategy differentiated across dot.com, marketplaces and e-retailers to support business growth targets.
  • Collaborating with eCommerce Key Account Manager, Brand Marketing and agency teams in eCommerce Assets development – content, livestream, videos, social, ratings & reviews, key opinion influencers to drive demand generation and quality traffic to support full-funnel campaign activation.
  • Implement and govern the digital shelf performance metrics including driving share of search across paid and organic in prioritized categories, including competitor insights and recommendations.
  • Set the right key performance indicators for campaigns and work closely with digital media and relevant agencies to iterate, track, measure and optimize effectiveness for all paid media to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and media sufficiency.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and campaign collaboration for new customer acquisition, customer retention and customer retargeting initiatives (e.g. Brand Membership on marketplace platforms, dot.com eDMs, corporate programs).
  • Weekly and Monthly timely reporting of campaign results and relevant KPIs, including recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in eCommerce, brand, key account management with proven track record of driving growth and/or the optimizing of eCommerce performance.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify) and familiarity with key media platforms and trends (Meta, Google including YouTube, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical skills to work with large data sets (e.g. Excel) and to distil them into actionable insights for sales growth.
  • Project management skills with high attention to detail, well organized and the ability to independently prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of self-initiative to negotiate with external partners and navigate cross-functional stakeholders in different locations to drive consensus to meet timelines.
  • Good understanding of design principles to effectively deliver fit-for-purpose design briefs to agency, candidates with hands-on proficiency (e.g. Photoshop, Canva) will be advantageous.
  • Industry experience with multi-market management or hands-on experience in eCommerce marketplace platforms and/or performance marketing, media agencies, brand management for businesses with established online presence will be advantageous.
