Cyber Security GRC (Manager/ IT/Central/ Attractive Bonus)

Responsibility:
- A role in the line 1.5 team, ensuring the organization adheres to relevant regulatory requirements. Conduct and manage cyber risk assessments.
- Oversee and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Create documentation which relate to cyber risks and identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Investigate emerging trends and issues in cybersecurity and risk management.
- Assess security deviations and risk acceptances from other business units.
- Monitor new security regulations and assess their compliance impact.
- Oversee remediation efforts for security and audit deficiencies.
- Review and enhance the cybersecurity risk assessment methodology, conducting assessments for critical systems.
- Handle responses to regulatory inquiries, inspections, and audits.
Requirement:
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in Technology or Cybersecurity Governance.
- Degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related certifications.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements such as IM8, MAS Notices on TRM and Cyber Hygiene, MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines, and the CSA Cybersecurity Code of Practice.
- In-depth understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Proficiency in application development and programming/coding/Powershell scripting is advantageous.
- Prior experience with implementing cybersecurity products, such as IAM tools, is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GSEC, CCSK, or equivalent are advantageous.
