Responsibilities:
- Fulfil requirements under Balance Score Card (BSC) framework such as BSC reviews and customer client surveys:
- Conduct documentation reviews on agents’ sales based on internal checklist.
- Conduct call surveys to sampled customers.
- Check and verify customers’ details for bulk sms surveys.
- Assist supervisor on assurance testing:
- Conduct random sampling on completed samples to ensure completeness of documentation.
- Check for fulfilment of call survey requirements.
- Liaise with various stakeholders on reporting requirements.
- Obtain data from stakeholders for monthly and quarterly reports
- Verify and check data accuracy and completeness
- Support the team in handling various administrative duties such as report generation and updating of SOPs.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma preferred
- CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications would be advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills preferred
- Ability to use Excel
