Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior business leaders on annual operating plans, monthly reports, annual reports, sustainability initiatives, and other corporate matters.
- Provide executive support, including preparation and coordination of board meetings and committee activities, maintaining and managing corporate records, and distributing meeting materials.
- Deliver regular progress reports to senior management and the Board, offering relevant insights and recommendations.
- Assist senior business leaders in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and support for strategic decision-making.
- Support various corporate projects, including Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activities, by assisting with due diligence and documentation.
- Participate in strategic partnership and joint venture projects, acting as a liaison to coordinate with key stakeholders for meetings and preparation of related materials.
- Identify areas for improvement and efficiency, implementing process enhancements to support strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, corporate governance or related field
- 5 years of experience in corporate roles, governance, strategic support with proven track record of supporting senior management
- Prior experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activities will be advantageous
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
