Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager with B2B sales and business growth through Partnership Distribution. He/she will help expand the partnership base (both FAs and Banks), and conduct product training programs for partners.
He/she will regularly meet with potential/existing partners, gather feedback and ensure that the right mix of capabilities, product knowledge and sales skills are developed by them.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- A diploma/degree from a reputed institution.
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably with well-established Insurance companies
- Experience in selling through FA and Banks as channel partners
- Effective contacts amongst independent FAs and Banks in Singapore
- Good English communication and presentation skills; Ability to speak at corporate/training events
- Independent. Resourceful. Willing to work in small multi-ethnic teams.
