Job Summary:
- 5/5.5 days’ work week
- Salary up to S$3,000
- Locations – West (Kian Teck, Choa Chu Kang) or Central
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to input Purchases and Sales Entries.
- Retrieve. arrange, organize and file all documents.
- Handle general office tasks, such as printing/faxing of documents.
- Assist to prepare documents for billing.
- Coordinate with clients, trading staffs on sales and purchase orders status.
- Assist with any department matters when required.
Job Requirement:
· Proficient in MS Office application
· Well-organized and good communication skill
· Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
