Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
- Ensure daily coordination meeting is conducted on site. Prepare and attend weekly schedule meeting with management.
- Establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the clients, vendors, and all stakeholders.
- Manage resources such as construction materials, construction workers and equipment. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Lead safety effort in line with management direction. Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Approval of project claim from clients/ sub-contractors.
- Ensure timely claim submission to clients and project timesheet submission in ERP system.
- Assist in company audit on each level (eg: ISO)
- Approve the engagement of Supplier / Sub-contractor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experiences in both marine and construction management.
- Possess Certificate of Project Manager Safety Course is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site, sometimes in remote or offshore locations.
