Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives within the power generation market.
- Identify and target key accounts, building strong customer relationships to drive new business.
- Lead the sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, and negotiation of contracts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalated issues to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and services.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales within the power generation industry minimum of 5 years, preferably with exposure to renewable energy solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of power generation systems, equipment, and services, with the ability to communicate technical details to clients.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex sales deals, including contract negotiations and proposal development.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
