Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Commercial Manager in driving sales and meeting revenue targets by providing administrative and operational support.
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-u Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships by providing regular communication and updates, while also preparing client proposals, presentations, and necessary documentation.ps.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends and customer data to help develop sales strategies and support the Commercial Manager’s decisions.
- Assist in generating new business leads through research, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities.
- Help manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Support the Commercial Manager in preparing and reviewing commercial agreements and contracts.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and coordinate multi-modal sales outreach programs, including direct mailers, social media campaigns, and web content.
- Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Management.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marine Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in Maritime industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
