This role is for our client, who is the leading Technology company in the industry, which involves leading key work streams that blend operational expertise with strategic insight to streamline and execute sourcing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and categorize sourcing requests, ensuring they are handled by the appropriate teams for optimal cost savings, compliance, and speed.
- Coordinate with external partners to delegate routine or low-complexity requests.
- Advise internal stakeholders on their procurement needs, offering solutions and resolving issues. Lead quick-turn sourcing initiatives to secure favorable costs and high-quality results for our client.
- Streamline the processing of purchase requisitions, reducing delays and enhancing payment cycles.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by utilizing industry knowledge and business insights, either independently or as part of a team.
- Identify opportunities to optimize creative development processes, collaborating across teams such as Marketing, Operations, Legal, Risk, Privacy, Engineering, and Finance.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication, both internally and with vendors, while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, including data privacy.
- Assist the Vendor Management team with data management, reporting, and analysis tasks as needed.
- Support contract development, including drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and other relevant documents.
- Regularly update data in internal systems and Google Suite, ensuring accuracy across platforms.
- Engage in various project-based tasks, covering both sourcing activities and the broader source-to-pay lifecycle.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- With 5 years of experience in Marketing Events or Project Management and at least 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and managing relationships within the Advertising or Marketing industries.
- Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
- Well-organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite, with an eagerness to adopt new tools as needed.
- Ability to excel in a high-volume workload while staying productive and efficient.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- This is a contract role for12 months
