Areas of Responsibility:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales goals within a set timeframe.
- Generating Leads: Identifying potential customers through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding and staying updated on the products or services being sold to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conducting presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the product or service.
- Negotiating Deals: Working with customers to negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends, and providing regular updates to management.
- Customer Service: Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Activity Reporting: To prepare and submit weekly activity report and channel development to immediate supervisors
