- Assist in overall daily outlet operations.
- Manage outlets’ manpower and provide support and assistance when necessary.
- Ensure all outlets always meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Properly handle customer complaints with patience and professional manner, and troubleshoot when there are problems/ issues happened.
- Cost control and maintain profit margins.
- Strategize ways to improve outlet sales and working environment.
- Cooperate with HR department for hiring of employees and any HR related issues.
- Cooperate with Marketing Executive for any marketing related campaigns/ issues.
- Maintain and review regularly on overall outlet standard operation procedures, processes and practices.
- Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
