Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand client requirements to design and implement tailored on premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop and configure the sales, customer service, and marketing modules to meet client needs.
- Integrate on premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM with other business systems and applications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for on premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge capture and transfer
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in on premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing the sales, customer service, and marketing modules.
- Experience in Azure and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience in Dot net development and implementation.
- Strong experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems, such as call center applications and other systems.
- Hands-on experience in developing custom workflows, business rules, and web/mobile applications using Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Hands-on experience in system integration and data migration.on-premise
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience in delivering user training and providing post-implementation support.
- Knowledge of client lifecycle management and customer experience best practices.
