- Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly by managing and training the banquet staff while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Work closely with the catering sales manager to develop floor plans that meet the specific needs of each client
- Manage the set-up and break-down of all banquet functions in accordance with company standards
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor banquet staff performance and take corrective action when necessary
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of all banquet functions
