Location: Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School, 8 Bishan Street 13, Singapore 579793
Contract Period: 1 January 2025 – 30 November 2025 (Option to extend: 1 January 2026 – 30 November 2026)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
- No services required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties:Manage front desk operations, handle telephone calls, and attend to walk-in inquiries from students, parents, and visitors.
- Sick Bay Assistance:Provide basic assistance to students at the school's sick bay, ensuring proper care and communication with relevant school staff or parents if needed.
- Administrative Support:Assist with data entry, filing, and any general administrative tasks as required by the school, such as managing documents, sorting files, and other clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Education: Preferably GCE "O" or "N" Level with credit in English (or equivalent).
- Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and general IT systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience:Prior experience in a school administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
