- Position: Social Service Assistant Superintendent
- Location: Buangkok
- Working hours: 5-day work week, Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 7.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6700 + 18 days of Annual Leave + Medical Benefit + Well-being Incentive + Hospitalisation Insurance + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure residents get the care and support they need according to the Destitute Persons Act and Ministry of Social and Family Development rules
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with standards set by relevant authorities
- Supervise the welfare home and ensure compliance with the rules and regulations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene rules and Service Standards Guidelines are followed, including rules about money management
- Allocate duties to staff and ensuring understanding of responsibilities
- Conduct staff development activities and performance evaluations
- Review and improve the quality and relevance of home programs and services
- Assist residents to find employment and set up fun activities
- Prepare budgets and monitor cash flow according to established policies
- Implement recommendations from the professionals
- Participate in planning and implementing work plans
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and the Management Committee
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Social Work or Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in leadership roles
- Willing to commit on weekend and evening meetings when required
