About the role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manager the Company and Clients' payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws. This role requires strong knowlege in paroll processes.
What you will do:
- Manage full-set of payroll functions, not limited to overtime payment, claims, incentives, allowance and other approve payments.
- Prepare monthly reports
- Filing of IR21 and annual IR8A
- Review employee status changes and ensure correct data entry into the payroll system
- Manage the claim and reimbursement process for Government-Paid Leave
- Manage payments to external organizations
- Support the HR team in the implementation of the policies and program
- Knowledge in Infotech
Requirements:
- Min. a diploma in Human Resources, Accountancy or its equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in payroll or accounting
- Strong knowledge in MOM Employment Act, CPF Act & Tax regulations
- Ability to process large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal communications and ability to maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues and clients
- Proactive in problem-solving and continuously seeking to improve processes and outcomes
