As an Operations Executive, you will support the carpentry production team for optimal efficiency and output. Your primary responsibilities involve upholding quality control, allocating resources and overseeing the maintenance of all production machinery and equipment. You will be involved in coordinating workflows, ensuring safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the daily carpentry production activities for optimal efficiency.
- Uphold and enforce quality control measures.
- Manage and allocate resources, including manpower and materials.
- Manage and upkeep all machinery and equipment within the carpentry production facility.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities with internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Support in organizing logistics and facilitating transportation arrangements.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with a pass in English and Mathematics
- Proficient in Computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Outlook)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to thrive in dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively across diverse tasks.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
