Key responsibility
- Direct responsibility to hit monthly sales targets for Bus and Trucks
- To actively seek out customers and close sales.
- To drive sales revenue
- Working closely with sales operations team, and be responsible for end to end sales process from sales contracts, coordinating job orders, LTA procedures for inspection, registration & delivery of vehicles.
- To engage customers deeply and manage customers satisfaction and experience
- To collect market information in sales leads, customer potential, industry information, competitive trends.. etc.
- Present monthly sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Responsible for identifying and preparing tenders.
Key Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of automotive sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Customer Oriented and willing to go extra mile to get the deal
- Strong negotiation competence and interpersonal skill
- Professional, presentable,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
