Requirements:
1. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 to 12 years of working experience in Singapore with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
3. Should be completed full cycle of 2 projects.
4. Have excellent problem solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues.
2. Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work.
3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
4. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
5. Develop full scale project plans.
6. Manage project budget.
7. Manage project resource allocation.
8. Project planning and coordination to various locations including production yard, storage yard, holding factory and project site.
9. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
10. Manage Tendering works for Tunnel segments and conventional precast components.
11. Provide direction and support to project team.
12. Quality assurance.
13. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
14. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
15. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
16. Ensuring pre-qualification and tenders are undertaken to meet Clients' requirements and sufficient resources are available to complete tender.
17. Coordinating the preparation of proposal, ensuring such meets with client requirements or is suitably qualified.
18. Preparation of pricing, including costing of resources, verification of resource requirements and timings for lump sum elements.
19. Post submission clarification of Tender and revisions to tender following changes to client's requirements
