Job Duties:
- Management of all administration functions in accordance with the Element - Middle East & Asia-Pacific Laboratory Management System and the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025
- Manage customers' invoicing process cycle and AR processes for multi-national customers including preparation of customer invoices
- Enhance, improvise and execute the adminstration process
- Procurement all laboratory requirements and management of consumable stock levels/ Stock take
- Prepare accurate customer test/technical reports
- Additional reception duties when required
- To be a Brand Ambassador for the organization
Job Requirements:
- Candidate who posses at Degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years’ experience in office management
- Prior working experience in a supervisory position and well-equipped with knowledge of process, procurement, quality and stock-taking is a plus
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
