We are looking for Guest Relationship Executive. The pay we are offering is up to $3,500.
Job responsibility
- You will attend to our guest for check-in, check-out and maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
- You will build rapport with guest by providing information about our serviced apartment, available rooms, rates, amenities and touristy information.
- You will work with Reservation team, Finance Team and Operation team to plan reservation, room cleaning and maintenance schedule and manage guest’s requests.
