Responsibilities
- Track and process payments and invoices to relevant parties
- Generate monthly data reports
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to both internal and external parties
- Support appointment booking via email and hotline on an ad hoc basis
- Any additional ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance/Admin
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Able to work well in a team as well as individually
- Hybrid work arrangement negotiable
