Job Scope
- Provide administrative support to a team.
- Manage outlook calendar.
- Coordinate travel arrangement and expenses.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Regularly check outlook mailbox to ensure executive requests are received in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder in any related field.
- At least 3 years executive assistant, personal assistant or team administrator experience.
- With excellent multi-tasking skills and present a high level of professionalism and good working attitude.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and be comfortable liaising with Senior Executives and customers.
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
