The Talent
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing individual and group Accident & Health (A&H) product development, pricing or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong conceptualization and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Job
- Develop and Execute Product Development Plan
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis to understand customer preferences and market dynamics.
- Create and implement comprehensive product development strategies targeting all customer segments, including lead generation and synergistic collaborations with the bank.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations throughout the product development process.
- Prepare all necessary product collaterals, product specifications and manage product approvals.
- Collaborate with the Customer Acquisition Team & Bank to enhance insurance penetration rates across various customer segments.
- Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions to enhance product knowledge among the sales and support teams.
- Monitor post-launch product performance
- Lead the post-launch product performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Proactively share best practices in risk management to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
