Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (depends on experience)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure a seamless shipping process.
- Process online freight bookings through carrier portals.
- Follow up on booking confirmations with carriers.
- Prepare booking confirmations for customers.
- Monitor Portnet DG approval status and other related tasks.
- Prepare various documents, including Proforma Invoice, Debit and Credit Notes.
Requirements
- GCE O Level/ Diploma holder
- 2-3 years of related experience in shipping and logistics background
- Proficient in MS Office
