Job Description:
This position reports directly to the Senior Director as a member of the “New Business” function. The staff will primarily focus on leveraging and exploiting untapped areas of growth in current business areas and be responsible for exploring novel ways of value creation for the organisation through new initiatives or projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stewardship & Communications:
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to present data findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to support organisational goals.
2. Partner Activation and Engagement Strategy:
- Develop and work with the Enterprise team to implement stakeholder engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct targeted stakeholder analysis to identify their needs, expectations, and communication preferences.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, customers, and community members.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop joint initiatives, partnerships, and collaborative projects.
- Plan and execute engagement activities, such as events, visits and meetings.
3. New Business development
- Conduct base-level research to uncover areas of focus in existing and potential areas of growth.
- Lead preliminary exploration into project viability and work on project papers and materials for communications.
- Work with external and internal partners to testbed, launch and evaluate new projects or initiatives.
4. Data Quality and Management:
- Collaborate with the Enterprise team using the Donor Management System to uncover insights that can be used to deepen or rekindle relationships and explore growth with dormant donors.
- Lead the process of activating assigned segments of dormant donors.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain data management systems, processes, and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Resourceful with good written skills
- Possess good analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task
- Possess strong work ethics, good initiative, and a process-improvement mindset
- Hands-on and self-motivated team-player
