- Develop and implement product quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Establish quality metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality control plans to monitor and improve product quality throughout the life cycle.
- Conduct product inspections, tests, and evaluations to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and address product defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
- Investigate and analyze product quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
- Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
