- TRADE MARKETING PLAN
- Oversee the animation calendar to ensure it is fully updated.
- Manage and update the full-year Trade plan according to changes from markets, and carry out detailed analysis of trade data by axis and by market.
- TRADE COORDINATION & OPERATIONS
- Assist the Trade Marketing Executive to design customer journey and manage the trade operational execution (brief to designer team and coordination with markets).
- Developing trade tools adapted to TR APAC markets for all Travel Retail activations across the region.
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure efficient coordination of trade tool production and delivery to the Local Markets
- MARKETING LAUNCHES PREPARATION
- Preparation of 3 axis launch packs with information from headquarter and adapt to Travel Retail market.
- Help to update 360 launches prior to launch.
- COMPETITION RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
- Prepare newsletter detailing key competitor animations to ensure the team has the latest market information.
- Follow-up on China local market activities: Little Red Book, Tmall, Weibo.
- Mystery shopping in local market to monitor competitor animations.
- Conduct in-depth research about industry best practice in terms of trade retailtainment and customer journey innovation (ability to leverage on Chinese sources would be an advantage).
- TRANSLATIONS
- Create Chinese translations for regional GWP showcards.
- Support the Trade Marketing Executive in Chinese-English translation.
