We are now seeking a Creative Strategist to take on a leadership role, overseeing the creative direction of our projects and driving brand and web design strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Job Summary:
As a Creative Strategist , you will lead the creative vision for Digipixel’s branding, marketing, and web design projects. You’ll be responsible for conceptualising, developing, and executing innovative design solutions that align with clients’ brand objectives. You will work closely with the design and development teams, ensuring that creative outputs are on-brand, effective, and meet client expectations.
Job Description:
- Lead the creative direction for all branding, web design, and marketing projects, ensuring cohesive and impactful visual storytelling.
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, guiding the team to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision, goals, and target audience, translating these insights into effective design concepts and strategies.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to elevate their work.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure design elements are translated effectively into functional and user-friendly websites.
- Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaigns to clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and ensuring alignment with their brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in branding, web design, and digital marketing to ensure Digipixel remains at the forefront of creative innovation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify opportunities for creative differentiation.
- Develop and maintain Digipixel's internal brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably with experience in brand strategy and web design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding, web design, and creative campaign projects.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other design tools.
- Exceptional understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and web design concepts, with a strong grasp of user experience (UX) best practices.
- Proven experience leading creative teams, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to both clients and internal teams.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions.
