Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand TFLO's client base in Singapore's corporate construction sector through targeted sales efforts and industry events.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities in the local corporate construction market.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve annual sales targets for TFLO's construction services.
- Lead and actively participate in tender processes for construction projects, ensuring competitive and compelling submissions.
- Manage and follow up on quotations, working closely with the operations team to secure contracts.
- Conduct market research to analyze local competition and identify requirements for TFLO's services.
- Manage a portfolio of Singapore-based corporate clients and potential leads in the construction industry.
- Ensure proper handling of customer inquiries and complaints, upholding TFLO's commitment to customer experience.
- Lead and motivate the sales team in achieving sales objectives for construction services in Singapore.
- Coordinate with the admin team to streamline internal processes and enhance overall efficiency.Optimize the use of TFLO's technical solutions for client-builder assignments.
- Stay updated on local construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in Singapore's corporate construction sector, facility management is an added advantage
