Marketing:
- Build a stronger employer branding and employer value proposition
- Designing, filming, editing, presenting marketing materials for internal use
- Being creative and initiating asset production for employer branding
- Supporting the creation, execution and analysis of staff surveys
Recruitment:
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Engage with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with the preparation of new hire documentation.
Engagement:
- Support in the planning and execution of internal engagements, events, initiatives and campaigns
- Sourcing and liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Initiate internal initiatives or campaigns that improve employee morale, internal culture, brand position, etc.
UI UX Web Design:
- Reviewing the current process flow of an internal platform and suggesting an improved user experience/ journey
- Explore and contribute to the improvement of the internal platform
