Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational Sales orders and invoices.
- Input orders to system and ensure all orders are processed according to requirements.
- Assist to handle documentations and processing of LCs
- Coordinate with internal department to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, orders and provide accurate information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer complaints and issues
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min diploma holder
- Possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in any system for order processing eg ERP / SAP preferred
