THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:
MOVE [REPEAT], a leading player in the fitness lifestyle industry, is in search of a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager. This pivotal role involves shaping and executing our comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to propel the brand's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving top-line revenue targets through innovative sales techniques, strategic marketing campaigns, and cultivating strong client relationships. They will oversee the development of impactful marketing initiatives, including promotions, loyalty programs, and co-branded events. Additionally, the role involves elevating our brand presence by managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ambassadors, and fitness influencers. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, optimize sales processes, and foster collaborations to establish MOVE [REPEAT] as a prominent authority in the fitness lifestyle sector in Asia. BREAKDOWN OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING STRATEGY & ANALYSIS (30%)
The Sales & Marketing Manager will have a strong plan for the top line success of the business and will be dynamic in their management of that plan. They will also share that same energy for keeping costs at an appropriate level, to plan, and feedback to the General Manager on challenges in this area well in advance.
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at MOVE [REPEAT] Fitness Lifestyle Brands, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and industry trends. Your role involves analyzing competitors and market dynamics meticulously, enabling you to identify strategic opportunities for growth within the fitness lifestyle industry. By leveraging your expertise in market research and analysis, you will contribute significantly to our organization's ability to stay ahead of market demands and drive strategic decision-making processes.
You will be entrusted with the responsibility of creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our range of brands, services, and pricing models. Your expertise will be crucial in devising targeted marketing campaigns tailored to engage specific demographic segments within the fitness market. By leveraging your creative vision and strategic thinking, you will drive our brand's visibility and appeal, ensuring that our offerings resonate effectively with our target audience.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and managing compelling promotional offersand loyalty programs designed to attract and retain our valued customers. Your role involves analyzing the effectiveness of these promotions, utilizing your analytical skills to adjust strategies dynamically and maximize Return on Investment (ROI). By optimizing our promotional initiatives, you will ensure our customer base remains engaged and loyal, enhancing our brand's reputation and driving sustained business growth.
Finally, you will lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities include overseeing the creation of these campaigns, ensuring they align seamlessly with our brand objectives and resonate effectively with our target audience. Furthermore, your analytical expertise will be instrumental in tracking campaign performance, analyzing results, and dynamically adjusting strategies to achieve optimal outcomes. By managing the entire lifecycle of our marketing campaigns, you will contribute significantly to enhancing our brand visibility, engaging our audience, and driving successful marketing initiatives.
SALES & PERFORMANCE (30%)
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at MOVE [REPEAT] Fitness Lifestyle Brands, your pivotal role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to not only achieve but surpass top-line revenue targets set by the company. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our sales team, encouraging them to exceed both individual and collective sales quotas and goals. Furthermore, your strategic mindset will guide the identification of new business opportunities and untapped market segments, expanding our customer base and significantly increasing sales revenue.
You will be tasked with conducting thorough sales forecasting and pipeline analysis. Your role demands the delivery of accurate and timely reports to the General Manager, providing valuable insights into our sales trajectory. Additionally, your analytical expertise will be essential in dissecting sales data, customer feedback, and market trends. By conducting in-depth analyses, you will identify key areas for growth and improvement, enabling strategic decision-making processes that will further enhance our market position. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategies.
Team leadership and training are key and your role includes inspiring and leading our sales team. You will be responsible for motivating and mentoring team members, cultivating a high-performance culture within the sales department. Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering an environment of continuous improvement, ensuring that our sales and client engagement people are constantly evolving and refining their skills. Moreover, your commitment extends to providing ongoing training, coaching, and support to our sales team, enhancing their knowledge of our brands services and sales techniques. By investing in the professional growth of our sales tea,, you will play a fundamental role in nurturing a team of skilled and motivated individuals who drive our sales success.
You will focus on optimizing our sales processes for efficiency and productivity. Your responsibilities include streamlining the sales and client engagement process to improve its overall efficiency and shorten the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and on brand experience for our clients. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with other team members, including marketing and Ops, to align our sales strategies with the ever-changing demands of the market.
BRAND ELEVATION (20%)
Brand Development is your primary focus within Brand Elevation, building and enhancing our brand image in the fitness lifestyle industry. You will meticulously ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints, crafting a cohesive and compelling brand identity that resonates with our audience.
Your role extends to the strategic management of influential Key Opinion Leaders and brand ambassadors in the fitness and wellness industry. Through adept identification and recruitment, you will bring onboard individuals who align with our brand ethos. Cultivating robust relationships with these KOLs and ambassadors, you will provide them with essential resources and unwavering support, empowering them to represent our brand authentically. Collaborating closely, you will orchestrate impactful co-branded events, facilitate engaging content creation, and execute compelling promotional activities.
Under your guidance, MOVE [REPEAT] Fitness Lifestyle Brands will host a diverse array of fitness events, challenges, workshops, and classes, creating immersive experiences that captivate our community. By organizing and promoting these events, you will foster a sense of belonging and excitement among our audience. Additionally, you will proactively foster collaborations with fitness influencers, Key Opinion Leaders, and local businesses, elevating our brand through meaningful and engaging interactions. These efforts will not only enhance our brand's reputation but also strengthen our community ties, especially at a unit level.
Partnerships and Collaborations management is key to this role, your focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, fitness organizations, and relevant businesses that share our vision. Through collaboration, you will create joint promotions, co-branded events, and community engagement initiatives that resonate with our audience.
CONTENT CREATION, DIGITAL, & SOCIAL MARKETING (20%)
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at MOVE [REPEAT] Fitness Lifestyle Brands, you will be the authority on our brand's visual identity and narrative. Your role involves not just content creation but guiding the art direction and ensuring the maintenance of high-quality output that aligns seamlessly with our brand aesthetics. You will lead the marketing team, serving as the authority on determining whether our marketing efforts meet the established standards before reaching our audience.
In the realm of content creation, your focus will be on crafting visually captivating materials, including considered posts, videos, and campaign art. By defining and upholding our brand's visual language and style, your discerning eye for aesthetics will be instrumental in curating content that not only engages but also resonates deeply with our audience, reinforcing our brand's identity.
In digital and social media marketing, your expertise will drive the implementation of targeted campaigns. You will oversee the art direction of social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising efforts. Managing our social media platforms, you will manage the function of meticulously curated content, ensuring it adheres to our brand standards and captivates our community. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the quality of our digital presence and, ultimately, determining the success of our marketing endeavors.
