Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to potential B2B customers from provided leads
- Schedule appointments for our sales consultants to meet with potential clients
- Accurately record customer information and appointment details in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with potential customers
- Adhere to communication scripts and company policies to ensure consistency and compliance
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of scheduled appointments
- Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a related customer service role is preferred
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
