Job Description

Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery, office maintenance, incoming/outgoing emails/messages)

Prepare and manage staff and project petty cash claim

Perform data entry and general administrative matters

Renew and book for worker courses, renewal of passport

Apply/renew/cancel MOM-related work pass
-
HR-related matters like hiring, onboarding, payroll, tax clearance for resigned staff, etc

Provide clerical & administration support to the project team

Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
-
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the seniors
