- Develop and execute effective social media strategies
- Create engaging content and manage multiple platforms
- Create high-quality English and Chinese copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media captions, email marketing campaigns, and more
- Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RED, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Manage social media advertising and budgets
- Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Utilize AI writing tools to streamline content creation and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure key message outcomes and brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, social media marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in successful social media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Strong command of the English and Chinese/Mandarin language with excellent writing and editing skills
- Passion for marketing, advertising and digital content, and the potential of AI to impact these
- Willingness to learn and take on new or fast-changing challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Team player who is also able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast paced environment
