- Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday, alternate half day Saturday
- Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm, Saturday
As a Service Technician, you will be working alongside a highly dedicated team, the Service Technician will report to the Workshop Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) inclusive of local modification/enhancement on new machines.
- Perform full machine inspection on customer’s and rental fleet’s machine to advise Team
- Leader on findings and recommendations.
- Perform workshop repairs to customer’s and rental fleet’s machines on the product range
- Report to supervisors regarding the status of repairs, required parts, and any additional issues encountered during servicing.
- Perform spare parts verification against picking list prior to machine repairs.
- Perform Used Machines refurbishments on product lines To assist in PE inspection for new, rental and customer machines inclusive of carrying out load test.
- Perform pre-delivery and post-repair testing to confirm that the equipment is in proper working order.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assess mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
- To assist/support Field Service Operation as and when required.
- To be responsible for workshop cleanliness and tidiness.
- To be Environmentally and Safety conscious.
- Any other technical related aspects as and when required.
Requirement
- ITE or NTC 2/3 in Mechanical / Automotive .
- Minimum 2-3 years of Workshop service support.
- Additional advantage id possess class 3 driving license.
- Forklift license and MEWPs license ( is preferred but not compulsory )
- Experience with both diesel and electric boom and scissor lifts.
- Familiarity with aerial work platform control systems.
