Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customer in opening account
- Collect and ensure all the required documentations for opening account are sufficient
- Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhere to
- Liaise with customer in maintaining the accounts
- Respond to customers enquiry regarding the accounts
- Work closely with Head Office related to opening and maintaining accounts
- Filling and record related documents
- Prepare monthly report
Requirements
- Experience in handling customers
- Good communication skill, speaking in Bahasa Indonesia preferably
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills to be able to work individually as well as to collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in banking industry
- Singaporean or PR Singapore
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially excel and words)
- Willing to work on weekend
