The selected candidate will be required to:
- Oversee and review works performed by the finance transaction and reporting team.
- Produce financial reports related to account payables, account receivables etc.
- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end close process.
- Support operational activities to ensure compliance with financial and internal control
policies and procedures. - Liaise with internal and external auditors in matters pertaining to operational and statutory
audits. - Liaise with tax agents for annual tax filing and declarations.
- Administer the finance and accounting system, and coordinate enhancement works to the
system.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with a background in Accountancy or Business.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, financial operations or
budgeting; - Knowledge in public sector accounting and governance will be an added advantage;
- Familiarity in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Microsoft Power Automate,
Microsoft PowerApps and Robotics Processing Automation will be an added advantage. - Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels;
- Resourceful, highly motivated with a positive working attitude;
- Able to work independently and is a good team player.
