RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan organize and execute marketing events (e.g seminar, workshop, training, trade show, etc)
- Determine event budget and manage expenses to the planned budget
- Work closely with vendors for event collaboration
- Support and execution of marketing related administration and reports
- Other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Marcom or Event management
- Possess good project management skills and able to manage multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in design software (photoshop or illustrator) will be an advantage
- Proficient in English and has strong communication and presentation skills
