Reservation Sales Executive

• Working days & hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri 8:45am – 5:45pm
• Salary: S$ 2,300 - 3,000
• Working location: Tanjong Pagar

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/ MICE bookings.
• Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
• In-depth knowledge of FIT/Group/ MICE travel trends and requirements.

Job duties:

• Process reservations for individual travelers, groups, and MICE events with accuracy and efficiency, promoting sustainable travel options.
• Partner with eco-friendly accommodations and tour operators to offer sustainable travel packages.
• Educate clients on sustainable travel practices and the importance of responsible tourism.
