- Identify and prospect new business/clients via sales/cold-calling and sales activities.
- Generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
- Responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.
- Attend to customers feedback/ complaints and follow up with high-quality after sales services.
- Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems, or issues are deal with appropriately.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of Sales / Business Development experiences across freight forwarding industry.
- Experience in Semicon, Hi-Tech, Chemical, FMCG/Consumer market will be considered with priority.
- Strong knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target.
- Have relevant experiences on operation work in Air or Ocean operation department (good to have).
- Fast learner and passion in sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good presentation skills.
- Working Locations is at Changi South.
