VASS APAC is a leading IT consulting firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and support a consulting customer in implementing effective marketing automation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Platform Expertise: Proficiently utilize marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys, and Adobe Marketo or Adobe Journey Optimizer to create and optimize campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Campaign Configuration: Configure end-to-end campaign execution, including email marketing, landing pages, and social media.
- Integration: Integrate marketing automation platforms with Sales and CRM systems or other marketing tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with different customer stakeholder teams (sales, marketing, IT) to ensure alignment and achieve project’s objective.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and messaging.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain and optimize marketing automation tools, ensuring proper integration with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation best practices and tools.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing.
- Global Opportunities: Travel to client locations to provide on-site support and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information system, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on platform implementation and management.
- Experiences marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys, or Adobe Marketo or Adobe Journey Optimizer is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a consulting environment and willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience working with third party Marketing Agency and Social Media campaign is an advantage.
