Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Facilities Executive/ Officer in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of Cogent's industrial and commercial spaces, including coordinating facility maintenance, communicating with various stakeholders, and overseeing facility projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the Manager in managing and maintaining the buildings and related facilities.
- Assist the Manager in handling correspondence with tenants and all stakeholders in the day-to-day facilities management matters.
- Provide assistance in handling correspondence with tenants and stakeholders concerned on facilities management matters
- Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress.
- Source for comparative vendors/sub-contractors to carry out facility maintenance/repair works.
- Supervise in-house operational staffs (Supervisor, Technician, Cleaner and Security Officer) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct Safety-training programs such as safety tool box meetings and briefing to supervisors, security, cleaners and technicians.
- Identify safety hazards in operation areas and proactively eliminate any risks
- Integrate safety in daily work activities and ensure supervisors, security, cleaners and technicians perform their works in a safe manner
- Ensure smooth day to day operation
- Service contract administration

Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Facilities Management/ Building Services or equivalent
- 1-2 years facility management experience preferably in industrial buildings
- Good proficiency in MS office and presentation skills
- Keen to learn and adaptable to changes
- Possess a positive attitude and the right aptitude
- Able to work beyond office hours when necessary
