Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead and manage our LittleGenius Student Care Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in childcare or education, and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the student care centre, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
- Assist in coaching and guiding school homework to primary school children.
- Manage and lead the staff: support, supervise, and evaluate educators and other staff members.
- Maintain high safety standards and compliance with all regulations related to student care services.
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that support student learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, management, and external parties.
- Handle enrollment, billing, and communication with parents regarding schedules, fees, and program updates.
- Ensure a high-quality learning environment, maintaining a clean and safe facility.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a student care centre.
- Familiarity with MOE primary school syllabus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the strong ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent service attitude with a strong ability to manage inquiries from parents.
- Good Chinese communication skills in verbal.

Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours：
- Normal School term：12pm to 7pm (Mon- Fri)
- During School Holiday: 9 hours shift between 7am to 7pm (Mon- Fri)
