Sales Coordinator (Commodities Import and Export)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to oversee the import and
export operations for bulk commodities. You will play a key role in managing documentation,
coordinating logistics, and maintaining smooth communication between internal departments and
external partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire process of import and export operations for bulk commodities, including
issuing and reviewing letters of credit, tracking shipping schedules, and preparing and
reviewing import documentation; - Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments such as freight forwarding, customs
clearance, insurance, and warehousing; - Establish and organize business records, prepare relevant business ledgers and reconciliation
statements, and maintain communication with customers and the company’s backend
departments; - Effectively manage order tracking, promptly follow up and coordinate to address any issues
affecting delivery, ensuring timely delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related fields;
- Extensive experience in domestic and international trade execution, familiar with trade
processes, and capable of independently handling responsibilities; - Experience in documentation related to coal, chemicals, timber, oil products, metals, and
agricultural products is preferred; - Outgoing personality, clear thinking, strong communication skills, and good stress tolerance;
- Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to independently solve problems;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a spirit of teamwork
