Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring completion within budget and timeline.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, conducting regular reviews and reports.
- Manage and mentor the construction team, driving performance and career development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage risks and resolve any project-related issues or challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Science background.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial and budgeting skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
