Job Responsibilities:-
- Assisted the Asst. Purchasing Manager with the ordering of supplies and materials
- Performs comparison and negotiations to secure lower prices on materials
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Prepared and matching the purchase orders, DO, and invoices
- Researched new vendors and negotiated better terms with existing vendors
- Assist in filing documents
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in full spetrum of Purchaser Duties preferably in construction sector
- Must be strong in Procurement/Purchasing
- Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
- Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
