JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for handling HR administrative tasks for the Human Resources department
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide secretarial support to VP (HR/Admin).
- Verify and approve claims via the Workday system for Singapore employees.
- Consolidate staff reimbursement for bank credit.
- Provide admin support:
- Update of expenses incurred for fruits and drinks and any other events
- Update of 3RP points
- Produce visa letters.
- Admin support for projects
- Any other admin duties as assigned.
